In Trentino you can practise an endless variety of sports: skiing, snowboarding, alpine skiing, trekking, rafting, climbing, snowshoeing, canyoning ..


In summer Val di Sole looks like a great natural gym where you can practise or learn lots of sports, from the more traditional ones to the much more exciting.
You can enjoy playing tennis, basketball, mini golf, archery in equipped sports centres. Efficient horse riding centres as well as the path that winds along the river Noce will give you the opportunity to spend unforgettable days in the open air.
And those who are looking for adventure sports will have plenty to choose from: canoeing, rafting, hydrospeed, canyoning, climbing, downhill and Nordic walking for an adrenaline rush.

On foot
When you decide to set off on an excursion in Val di Sole, you will have plenty to choose from: the vast mountain territory that surrounds the valley offers an endless variety of options. You can choose from simple walks along the paths on the valley floor to exciting hikes up to 3600 metres or even try Nordic walking.

By bike
The bicycle fits very well with Val di Sole as this is all covered with paths and roads and it offers mountain bike routes that are meticulously tested by instructors and a cycle path of 35 km. And to make your days by bike particularly pleasant try the ilDolomiti Express!

Adventure sports
Thrills, excitement and fun with tarzaning, canyoning, free climbing, indoor climbing for children, but not only, adventure parks and quad rides. Other activities: fishing, mushroom picking, horseback riding, swimming.
In addition to adventure sports, Val di Sole offers activities equally enjoyable and immersed in nature but quieter, such as fishing in the streams and lakes, picking mushrooms, horseback riding and bathing in the bio-lake in Monclassico.


Val di Sole in winter means … a mountain of snow! Thanks to its geographical position between the highest peaks of the central and eastern Alps, Val di Sole is one of the Alpine valleys with the heaviest snowfalls (according to official data of snow stations).

Val di Sole is the largest ski area in the western part of Trentino, thanks to its 3 ski areas: the Ski area Madonna di Campiglio Pinzolo Val Rendena, the Ski area Adamello Ski Ponte di Legno – Passo del Tonale and the Ski area Pejo 3000.

The Ski area Madonna di Campiglio Pinzolo Val Rendena is a thril of 150 km.
The link with skis on between Folgarida Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo, allows you to ski on one single skiing area of 150 km of slopes and 62 ski lifts in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites.
